We are currently looking for a Project Director to join the highly successful Environment and Water Portfolio in our Advisory and Programme Delivery Unit covering the North West of England. 

 

This role is critical for building and maintaining Mott MacDonald’s relationships with our clients, planning the accounts, and building a client centric experience.  Our purpose is to improve society by considering social outcomes in everything we do; relentlessly focussing on excellence and digital innovation, transforming our clients' businesses, our communities and employee opportunities is imbedded within the team.

 

We're looking for an individual to come on board and further develop our successes within the Environment and Water portfolio. We invite applications from candidates with the following experience: 


•    Experience in the UK Environment & Water sector with a focus on Water and Wastewater Companies.
•    Experience in Project, Programme, and Commercial Management (PPCM) or related Advisory Services and ideally working Client Side on Projects.
•    Experience leading a consultancy offering in the UK Water & Environment sector is preferable although would consider strong candidates from construction of water companies.
•    Experience in leading a team and managing people.
•    Experience in maintaining and managing client relationships to win work. Ideally the candidate would have existing senior relationships within relevant clients
•    Professionally qualified with a relevant body.
•    A passion for continuous improvement and finding a better way.
•    To lead by example, live the Mott MacDonald code and embed within their team.
