Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Part time Business Service Administrator (4 days per week) to join the Corporate Services team in Adelaide. You will play a critical role in assisting our team, covering administrative tasks, project coordination, and team management. You will have the opportunity to involve in:
- Team Support: Onboarding new members, greeting visitors and clients to the office, coordinating forums and presentations, and maintaining organizational charts and distribution lists, travel, expenses, presentations, and events coordination
- Timesheets Administration: Troubleshooting, driving weekly completion, running finance reports, clearing errors, and making necessary adjustments.
- Expenses Management: Completing expense claims, acting as the Connect Business Expense Champion, and checking expenses against guidelines.
- CV Administration: Assisting new starters with CV creation, tracking updates, proofreading, formatting, and maintaining staff CV records.
About You
- Good numerical and computer skills, MS Office Suite
- An understanding and adherence to strict information and security confidentiality
- Ability to deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Displays a commitment to excellence and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective management of outside service provision
