Your Opportunity
Due to strong growth and recent wins in the Water market in South Australia, we are seeking civil engineers with experience in water and wastewater infrastructure including pipelines, drainage systems, pumping stations, dams, water-retaining structures and treatment facilities to join our team in Adelaide.
You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia in a growing sector, working with local clients such as SA Water and DIT, as well as national and international clients.
This role will present you with a fantastic opportunity to further develop your technical and management skills through your project work, with great prospects for career progression as the business continues to grow. For candidates seeking a broader career path, we can provide a blend of additional roles covering project management, business development, line management and mentoring.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver innovative design solutions across water, wastewater, and stormwater projects
- Managing tenders / proposals to contribute to our team’s growth and direction.
- Project management and delivery of multidisciplinary water design projects throughout the project life cycle.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders with professionalism and integrity
- Development of standard products and design tools with a focus on digital solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop infrastructure that supports sustainable communities
About you
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the water infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of Australian design codes, standards, and water authorities' requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to confidently work independently with support from a national and global team
- Deliver client-ready design development reports
- Experience of detailed design and execution phase
