Your Opportunity 

 

We are looking for a Senior Marketing and Brand Advisor to join our regional marketing team on a 12-month fixed term. The role supports the development and delivery of external marketing initiatives that strengthen Mott MacDonald's brand, support business growth and enhance client engagement across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. 

You’ll work closely with the regional marketing team, market leaders, technical specialists and business development teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, client-focused content and key activations that support regional business priorities. The role has a strong external focus, supporting activity that strengthens Mott MacDonald’s brand, market presence, and client engagement  across its target markets.

 

In this role you will :

  •  Support the development and delivery of marketing and brand plans aligned to regional business objectives. 
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, content and other marketing channels. 
  • Manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. 
  • Work with technical and business leaders to to develop and edit external marketing content including thought leadership, project stories, social media content and client-focused collateral. 
  • Support the activation of conferences, industry events and client engagement initiatives. 
  • Provide marketing advice and support to stakeholders across multiple markets. 
  • Develop campaign briefs, messaging and marketing collateral that align with the Mott MacDonald brand. 
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights to support continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing colleagues to deliver coordinated marketing initiatives. 

 

 

About you 

 

Desirable Experience & Key skills

  • We are looking for someone with experience in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline with a strong understanding of brand, campaign development and client-focused marketing.
  • You will have demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as digital, social, events and content, with the organisational skills needed to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work. 
  • Strong writing, editing and content development skills, with good attention to detail, will be important in this role. 
  • You will be a confident communicator and relationship builder, able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including market leaders, technical specialists and business development teams.
  • A proactive  approach and strong organisational skills will be important, along with the ability to translate business priorities into clear, effective marketing activity that supports market positioning and client engagement. 
  • The ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations in English.
