The opportunity
Join our growing Systems Engineering & Integration team in Adelaide and help clients turn complex needs into integrated, assured and operationally ready solutions. We welcome experienced systems engineers from a range of industries, whether you bring deep expertise in a particular discipline or experience across the full systems lifecycle.
You will work on complex infrastructure and technology projects across sectors such as water, energy, transport, defence and the built environment. Depending on your expertise, you may lead work across requirements management, systems architecture, interface management, integration planning, verification and validation, assurance, testing and commissioning, and operational readiness.
Our approach brings these activities together through five connected pillars: Realising Requirements, Staged Integration, Holistic Proving, Progressive Assurance and Operational Integration. This helps clients maintain alignment from the original need through to an integrated solution that is supported by evidence and ready for operation.
As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will shape systems engineering approaches, lead and influence multidisciplinary teams, and provide trusted technical advice to clients. You will also help develop our people and capability, contribute to the growth of our Adelaide team, and collaborate with national and global specialists.
