As a BIM Technician / BIM Engineer (Civil 3D), you will play a key role in developing high-quality digital models and engineering deliverables for civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, grading, and utilities.

Your Role and Impact:
In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex Hydropower projects by:

Understanding client/Project specific requirements and standards for developing models, details and drawings.

Collaborate and contribute to BIM implementation across civil infrastructure disciplines, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities.

Develop, manage, and optimize Civil 3D models, including corridor modeling, subassemblies, and pipe networks.

Create and customize Civil 3D assemblies to match project specific requirements.

Ensuring QC process is being followed, delivering to the right quality and timelines

Ensure models are aligned with correct coordinate systems, surface data and other standards.

Coordination with BIM coordinators and Project Managers

Actively contributes to the standardization of components and processes
What You Bring:
We welcome individuals who are passionate about digital engineering, collaborative working, and BIM excellence:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5 - 8 years of experience in the field of Modelling and detailing with civil infrastructure.

Experience in Energy/power projects would be an advantage
-
Expert level proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including creation of custom subassemblies, corridor modelling, surfaces and pipe networks.

Should be well-conversant with 2D/3D modelling using Civil3d. Hands-on experience on Revit will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should demonstrate substantial involvement in the delivery of hydropower project

Should be technology focused and understand industry developments.

Should be able to guide, troubleshoot and train team members to perform varied levels of development in BIM projects and drive outcomes

Should be able to assist in Modelling and Extraction of deliverables

Good communication skills.
