Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first-level reviewer for financial tasks.
  • Support seniors in financial reporting, credit management, treasury, and internal controls.
  • Handle timely Accounts Receivable, maintain billing diary, ensure strong credit control, process inter-company billing, resolve invoicing issues, allocate receipts, and follow up with debtors. Approve credit notes as per authority limits.
  • Process Accounts Payable, vendor returns, and staff expenses quickly.
  • Help prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitor intercompany accounts for validity and settlement.
  • Assist with preparing tax schedules such as VAT, GST, TDS, and Withholding Tax, and ensure timely filing.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and share with stakeholders.
  • Support seniors during internal and external audits.

 

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance), M. Com, CFA, or similar qualification with relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel as required around India
