Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first-level reviewer for various financial processes and transactions.
  • Support senior team members in financial reporting, credit management, treasury operations, and internal controls.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including maintaining a billing tracker, ensuring effective credit control, processing intercompany billing, resolving invoicing issues, allocating receipts, and following up with customers for collections.
  • Review and approve credit notes within defined authority limits.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor payments, returns, and employee expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitor intercompany balances for accuracy and timely settlement.
  • Support preparation of tax schedules such as VAT, GST, TDS, and withholding tax, ensuring timely compliance and filings.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly management reports to key stakeholders.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits by coordinating data and resolving queries.

 

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance), M. Com, CFA, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods when required.
  • Willingness to travel for business requirements across India.
