  • Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information management procedures and digital delivery strategies in collaboration with clients, project teams and supply chain partners
  • Provide guidance on the application of BIM standards, processes and information management requirements, including ISO 19650
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads and Information Managers to establish effective digital delivery frameworks and governance
  • Review and assure the quality of BIM models and information deliverables, ensuring compliance with agreed standards, security requirements and client expectations
  • Oversee the configuration and management of Common Data Environments (CDEs), supporting efficient information exchange across project teams
  • Coordinate with discipline leads and task teams to establish and maintain responsibility matrices, information delivery plans and project workflows
  • Monitor project performance from a digital delivery perspective, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Represent digital delivery within client meetings, project reviews and working groups, acting as a trusted advisor on BIM and information management matters
  • Promote the adoption of emerging technologies, innovative tools and best practice digital engineering methodologies
  • Support the development, mentoring and upskilling of BIM professionals across the business
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of digital delivery standards, templates, processes and governance frameworks
