About the Role
As Technical Director, you will lead strategic modelling and network planning projects that support long-term water infrastructure development across New Zealand. You will also mentor others, grow our market presence, and champion innovation in wastewater and stormwater solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new opportunities, proposals, and bids
- Build strong client relationships and raise our profile in the water sector
- Act as Project Principal, Manager, or Design Manager on key projects
- Deliver high-quality technical outcomes and manage project resources effectively
- Apply Chartered-level engineering expertise and navigate commercial risks
About You
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Geography, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in water/wastewater modelling and network planning
- Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, DHI MIKE+, ArcGIS, QGIS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for mentoring and fostering inclusion
