Mott Macdonald Thailand is recruiting future Finance Shared Services through a dedicated early‑talent pipeline designed to develop high‑potential students into full‑time Finance team members upon completion of their degree.
Our Bangkok office supports financial operations across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The Finance Shared Services team delivers high-quality accounting support, ensures strong financial governance, and manages country-specific requirements in line with local accounting standards and practices, including setting up regional standardisation.
As part of our Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting within a multinational environment. You will benefit from structured learning, on-the-job training, and close mentoring from experienced finance professionals.

The Opportunity
This early‑talent pipeline is designed for 3rd– 4th year students or fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in Finance Shared Services operations. Through this role, you will:
- Support end-to-end accounting processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting)
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time
- Gain exposure to broader accounting activities, including bank reconciliations and ad-hoc financial tasks
- Generate financial reports with analytical insights to support business decision-making
- Provide guidance to employees across the region on accounting practices and requirements
- Ensure strong compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Develop professional competencies such as attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and financial problem-solving
- Work with Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and ERP tools used across Mott MacDonald’s regional operations
This role is ideal for students seeking long‑term growth with the intention to continue with us as a Graduate Renewable Energy Engineer after graduation.
