This position is support reporting generated across APNA (Australia, New Zealand and Asia) on time. In addition, this position is expected to able to coordinate and alignment on requirement from different functions.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with difference function for report developing
  • Prepare report before distributed to relevant functions.
  • Monthly Financial Pack
  • Business Planning and Consolidation package
  • Analysis report according to request etc
  • Ensure that the procedures and policies are well maintained.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
  • Able to create meaningful report to strength finance function
  • Support for new implementation process
  • Ad hoc accounts and administration duties as required.

Position Specification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting (basic), Finance, Business Administration, or similar;
  • Good communication in English.
  • 0 – 5 years of experience as a Accounting, FP&A field or Audit field
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy,
  • Ability to handle large volume of requirements and queries from stakeholders with proper timeline
  • Well organize and processed driven
  • Good computer literacy such as Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel- VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, sorting, and general data manipulation);
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills (Professional level) with respect manner
  • Good team player
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and ways of working
  • Flexibility and having proper attitude to deal with problems
  • Comfortable working in different time-zones
