Job description :
As a Divisional Finance Analyst, you will partner with Divisional Manager and GDS finance team in overseeing the GDI operations.
Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and trend identification.
- Proactively monitor staff utilisation, overheads, and working capital, highlight key insights.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, including data input, validation, and consolidation
- Perform financial and performance analysis, identifying key drivers, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with project teams to track project financials, supporting budgeting, revenue recognition, and profitability monitoring.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports/dashboards for stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Handle routine accounting tasks such as journal entries, cost allocations, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls and support internal/external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
A suitable candidate for this role should have:

0–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.

Qualified accounting professional with strong hands-on experience; preferred qualifications include MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA, or CMA.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; experience in automation tools will be an added advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with business teams.
