Our early careers team are responsible for the recruitment of graduates, apprentices, and placement students in the Europe region. Our team are based across two locations: Birmingham and Croydon, so this role can be based from either office, as well as the opportunity for remote working. This role is key in providing an efficient and effective recruitment administration service to our business and candidates.

Responsibilities of a Early Careers Talent Aquisition Coordinator:
The main purpose of this role will be to support the high-volume recruitment of graduates, apprentices and placement students into Mott MacDonald. Working within our Early Careers Talent Aquisition team you will be responsible for providing a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Managing all inbound emails to the inbox, ensuring every applicant query is dealt with in a timely manner, escalating queries where needed.

Providing support to the team by undertaking administrative duties, including but not limited to raising requisitions, screening applications and scheduling interviews.

Processing all travel expenses for candidates, and processing invoices as directed.

Ensuring all recruitment trackers are kept up to date.

Effective use of our applicant tracking system (ATS) to process large numbers of applications and ensure candidate records are updated.

Event support - responsible for booking all careers events, liaising with suppliers, and marketing whilst supporting with staffing of all events.

Assisting with the promotion of our roles including updating presentations, gathering profiles for the website and coordinating job descriptions.

Supporting with the onboarding process for our early careers hires, liaising with our internal HR team, as well as facilitating pre joining activities including booking welcome events.

Working collaboratively with the wider early careers team on projects to deliver on hiring targets across all the early careers programmes.
Candidate specification:
Required for the role of Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator;

Experience working within an administrative or coordination role providing high quality service and support.

Effective communicator who can build excellent relationships with our team, hiring managers and external partners.

Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, balancing multiple priorities with ease.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.

Experience working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Ability to work accurately with large volumes of candidate information, demonstrating a high attention to detail.

An interest in early careers recruitment.
