The Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Engineer - Pavements to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will support the delivery of major road and highway projects. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, drive positive change, and contribute to the growth and success of our projects and people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, concept, and detailed pavement engineering design for major transport infrastructure projects.
- Join a team of civil engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and achievement.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, driving new work opportunities and positive change.
- Collaborate effectively with public and private sector clients to deliver high-quality projects.
- Manage project aspects including administrative, commercial, and technical components.
- Prepare and review technical reports, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Promote teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
About You:
- Degree Qualified: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar).
- Experience: at least 4 years of technical experience in pavement engineering, with knowledge of Australian standards and practices
- Collaborative: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with public and private sector clients.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with hands-on experience.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, valuing diversity and promoting inclusion.
