Your Mission

As the primary Australian contact for our Platinum Client, you will:

  • Build Deep Relationships
    Foster meaningful, long-term connections across all levels of our client organisation and industry partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business and strategic goals.

    Champion our collaborative culture while pursuing and securing major projects and programs aligned with our values and sales targets.

    Collaborate with our Defence & Security Market Lead to shape client engagement strategies that align with Defence priorities and emerging opportunities.

    Leverage our global capabilities to introduce innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Grow Talent
    Recruit and nurture professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build a resilient, future-ready team.

 

 

What You Bring

You bring deep experience working with the Department of Defence, particularly within the Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services. Your strong network and market reputation are backed by a proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects, navigate complex government processes, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Whether your background is in Defence APS roles, consulting, construction, or Defence Primes, you demonstrate a commitment to excellence and strategic client engagement.
