Overview of the role
We are looking for a Finance Digital Partner to join the Finance Systems department to work on implementation projects driving forward our finance technology transformation. The upcoming project for this role will be to implement a global e-invoicing solution. This will require understanding requirements from business subject matter experts, translating these into design documents and testing deliverables through collaboration with Finance, IT and implementation partners. The role will then be responsible for training and collating feedback from end users.

Other potential future projects in the pipeline are a vendor self-service portal, financial consolidation tool and the implementation of a data analytics tool.

The role will also be responsible for our Order to Cash solution (High Radius), taking a lead for ownership of technical issue resolution, testing system upgrades and training users. A key focus is upskilling the central team to be able to provide high level support to the wider business.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Assisting with the future development, planning and integration of new finance system software as it is rolled out
  • Owning the change management process for system development (reviewing the request, creating a design specification, test in different environments and publish updates or make announcements for every release)
  • Liaising with regional stakeholders to understand challenges and putting plans in place to address them. E.g. Training gaps vs functionality gaps
  • Drive future order to cash strategy to maximise adoption and efficiency
  • Stay up to date with release notes for the order to cash product (HighRadius) and assess how we adopt enhancement to realise maximum benefit from the tool
  • Provide super user training for the order to cash solution to other team members to upskill the wider team’s knowledge
  • Ensure any issues with the order to cash platform are promptly addressed by the wider team and support where needed
  • Interface with Group IT team to resolve system or report issues
  • Support adhoc tasks

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (min 2.1)
  • Proven experience of implementing finance technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Expert knowledge of the High Radius Order to Cash platform with implementation experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in managing change and user adoption for new financial systems

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in Agile project management and familiarity with tools like Jira

UK Immigration
