Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

 

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping our project teams stay on track. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects of various sizes.
  • Assisting with tracking project scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Helping maintain accurate resource and cost data across projects.
  • Preparing reports on project progress, financials, and forecasts.
  • Reviewing project costs and ensuring they align with budgets.
  • Documenting progress in engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Ensuring all reporting meets company and client standards.
  • Supporting change management processes and updates to project systems.
  • Assisting with client invoicing and reviewing subcontractor costs.
  • Compiling weekly and monthly project status updates.
  • Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

 

Candidate specifications:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience or internship in project management or consultancy
  • A keen interest in infrastructure and project delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project reporting and scheduling (training provided).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
