Minimum Qualification:

Graduate civil engineer with at least 5 years of on-site experience or diploma civil engineer with at least 10 years of on-site experience

 

Responisibilities

  • Manage and supervise to ensure all works including civil, interiors, engineering services are being done as per the approved design drawings for renovation of hospitals/ nursing schools and in compliance to the specifications provided in the works contract agreement.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, other necessary regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Proactively identify any mistakes/ shortcomings in the implementation and get it corrected.
  • Initiate documentation of the works at site. Ensure maintenance of various records at site like but not limited to, (i) drawings register, (ii) site visit register, (iii) quality check lists register/ reports, (iv) materials received register, (v) test reports, (vi) test certificates (vendor, lab), (vii) correspondence etc, pertaining to word contract including photographing of the works to capture important stages, evidence etc.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and enforcement of the same at site, along with the EHS officer.

Support in preparation of monthly progress reports to be submitted to the client, including progress achieved, planned work, material received on site, quality control checks conducted, list of activities on site, issues observed, site-based documentation and reports etc.
