• Job Description:

• Lead and manage project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement changes to mitigate risks effectively.

• Candidate specification:

• Candidate should have 20-25 years of experience in Project management of Hospital projects. 
• Experience managing clients and contractors. People management experience handling mid-size team of 20-30 reports.
• Cross functional teamwork.
•  Should have technical and commercial understanding of project. 
• International experience will be added advantage. 
• Must have excellent communication skills
