Key responsibilities

Update the travel pattern and demand review (B.2) using the existing 2024 ITS public transport survey data, no new primary survey is included in this scope, incorporating GEDSI considerations for elderly, disabled, women, children, and informal transport users along the selected route

Update demand projections utilising the current existing transport model already developed under the Transport Study, and provide optimistic, pessimistic, and moderate scenario for demand projection

Update transport model for the revised service commencement year and project phased/ staged development

Feed updated demand outputs into the rolling stock sizing and operational plan work under B.3

Support the fare and revenue analysis in the financial feasibility work (B.5): distance based fare calculation via the origin destination matrix

Represent modelling outputs at the Technical Workshop
Required experience
-
Minimum 10 years in transport demand modelling, ideally with rail or BRT project experience in Indonesia

Working knowledge of PTV VISUM and relevant GIS software

Prior experience with ATP/WTP studies and OD-matrix-based fare modelling
