Take action to deliver responsibilities by:

  • Technical expert to advice team in preparing initial study of NRW reduction in city scale 

  • Review of technical document and feasibility study 

  • Advice the team in preparing unit price related to NRW reduction 

  • Advice the team in preparing standard criteria for NRW reduction 

  • Advice the team in preparing tender document for NRW reduction tender process 

  • Act as part of tender evaluation team in technical evaluation phase 

  • Help in preparing cooperation agreement as technical advisor
