As an graduate, you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Project Control Engineer (PSD) is supporting Project management and project manager role in the project and contribute to meaningful initiatives within the Asia-Pacific region.

We are looking for graduates enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree to one of the disciplines you are applying to. You have a desire to make a difference in the world, and share the values we believe in. We would love for you to be a collaborative person, who has a hands-on approach to problem-solving and is interested in upskilling or passionate about consultancy services for Project delivery.

 

Skill and competencies

  • Understanding the Project management knowledge area and methodologies including planning and scheduling, cost management and Quantity surveying)
  • Software proficiency, familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft project, primavera P6 or similar tools
  • Communication skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving ability, Capability to identify issues and develop effective solution.
  • Internship or Co-op program, practical experience through internship
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project schedule and budget
  • Teamwork, Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Adaptability, Flexibility to handle changing project requirements and environments
