Experience:

Experience in a project environment providing quality technical knowledge and judgement and ability to lead small to medium size projects.
Qualification: 
Role relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications and working towards chartership (if relevant to profession).

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform transport modelling analysis and input   
• Demonstrate ATP WTP survey and analysis for toll road project
• Review traffic study 
• Perform scenario analysis to assess the impact of toll road construction
• Evaluate the potential benefits to traffic flow and safety
• Assess the operational performance of on/off ramps
