Your Next Challenge

As a promising professional prepared to further enhance his/her career with Mott MacDonald as a leading NEC consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties under supervision by our Project Strategy & Delivery Leader Hong Kong for a portfolio of buildings, civil and E&M contracts adopting NEC forms of contracts, ranging from priced options to target cost options:

  • Formulation of contract and tendering strategy
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Preparation of procedural manuals together with office standards and templates
  • Evaluation of tenders
  • Provision of contract advice
  • Financial monitoring and reporting for target cost contracts
  • Conduction of procedural and financial audits
  • Conduction of contract performance reviews
  • Attending and/or delivering workshops and meetings

What You’ll Need

  • Coming from construction background
  • Preferably possessing relevant professional qualification (e.g. engineering, quantity surveying or architecture)
  • Keen on expanding professional development into non-traditional forms of contract including NEC being increasingly used in Hong Kong
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
