Senior People Advisor (Business Partner focus)

What you’ll be doing?

Provide end-to-end people advisory support to the market leaders, people managers and employees in line with the unit’s people plan, covering employee relations, wellbeing, immigration, remuneration, exits, and compliance matters.

Manage the business-as-usual people processes such as salary/bonus reviews, performance management and employee engagement action planning;

Develop and coach People Managers to enhance the employee experience and reinforced behaviours in line with Company Code and PRIDE values;

Act as an advocate for an inclusive and diverse culture, supporting diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives locally;

Analyse people and workforce data to identify trends, inform solutions, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate reports and insights;

Support and contribute to people initiatives by providing local insights and ideas; participate in unit and regional projects and lead country-level projects as required;

Adhere to remuneration governance for your location and provide advice on remuneration and benefits. Provide guidance on remuneration management and recognition processes while ensuring market relatability, equity and fairness;

Provide local market insights on labour trends, equality and diversity, and talent development;

Work independently and provide guidance to others to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and data privacy and security standards; proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks for mitigation.
Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;

At least 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within engineering, professional services, or advisory environments;

Proven ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities within structured timelines;

Proactive, self‑driven, and highly accountable with a strong ownership mindset;

Solid working knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices;

Experience in managing Resident Site Staff (RSS) matters is a plus;

Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage;

Proficiency in English and Chinese
