We are seeking an experienced Revit Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional Revit experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will help deliver innovative engineering, infrastructure, transportation, water, and building projects that support communities, improve quality of life, and create a more sustainable future.

Working alongside engineers, architects, designers, and project managers, you will play a critical role in transforming complex ideas into coordinated digital solutions that drive project success from concept through delivery.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
  • Produce high-quality construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and technical details.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and constructible design solutions.
  • Perform model reviews, clash detection, and BIM coordination using Navisworks and related technologies.
  • Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and digital content libraries that support project efficiency and quality.
  • Support the implementation of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and client requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality assurance processes.
  • Help deliver projects on schedule while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, supporting the growth and development of team members.
  • Contribute to the advancement of digital delivery, automation, and innovative design solutions.

 

Candidate Specifications:

  • Associate's degree, technical diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit in an engineering, architectural, or infrastructure environment.
  • Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and digital project delivery.
  • Experience developing coordinated multidisciplinary models and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Autodesk Revit
    • AutoCAD
    • Navisworks
    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.

 

 

The expected salary for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $84000 - $103000. 
The expected salary for this position in San Diego, CA is $86000 - $105000.
