What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects—ranging from infrastructure and software development to asset management—gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills to lead with confidence and purpose.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Project Planning & Delivery - Learn to plan and manage projects of varying scale, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, resources, and quality are aligned to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration across disciplines.
- Team Coordination - Support the coordination of internal resources and third-party contractors, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
- Documentation & Reporting - Contribute to project documentation, plans, and progress reports that support transparency and informed decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement - Participate in the evolution of our Project Management Office, helping to refine processes, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.
Candidate Specification

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one, in one of the following degree disciplines:
- IT or Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Project Management related field

We are looking for graduates with the following skills and characteristics:
- Experienced or demonstratable knowledge of both waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
- Good working knowledge of project planning software such as Microsoft Project.
- Customer service skills an asset.
- Ability to take ownership, lead and execute the correct actions.
- Proactive self-starter, self-directed and driven to excellence in all aspects of role.
- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Strong influence and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to cope with changes in circumstances and think in creative ways to solve the issues.
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
It would be beneficial if you have achieved or are working towards formal Project Management certification such as Prince2, AgilePM, Prince2 Agile or PMP.
