Job Description
Our Noida office is expanding its Rail Alignment team, and we are looking for a talented Rail Track BIM Modeller to join us. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working on some of the most exciting global infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and technically strong team, where you will gain hands-on experience in producing high-quality reinforcement drawings and contribute to the success of complex bridge & civil structure design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As an BIM Modeller, you will be expected to be proactive in the production of drawings and resolution of models. Key elements of the role are:

Taking ownership of the quality and delivery of one's own work.

Able to resolve and support the team on the issues pertaining to BIM and drawing in general.

Reviewing BIM models and drawings.
-
Ensuring work is completed accurately and with attention to detail.

Working with the design team and individually on BIM projects.

Ensuring standards are being followed for every project undertaken.

Coordinate multidisciplinary models using Navisworks or similar software.

Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Candidate Specification:

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil engineering.
EngTech TMICE or similar would be an advantage
Essential skills and experience:

Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Civil 3D.

4-8 years of experience.

Experience working on linear infrastructure projects, such as roads and rail is a must.

Preferably has experience with the UK and Australian projects.

Will have applied and used BIM tools & software in civil engineering infrastructure projects.

Ability to identify complex BIM issues quickly and accurately.

Proactive communication skills when working with colleagues & design teams.

Ability to work in an organised structured framework, supporting colleagues and delivering to the project program.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows

Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
Desirable competencies/skills:

Knowledge and experience of working and delivering BIM solutions on multi-disciplinary projects.

Knowledge of Navisworks Manage (or similar) coordination/review tools

Experience on international projects and standards
