  • Work with operational leaders to diagnose systemic blockers and implement practical, scalable solutions.

4. Value Stream Mapping & Optimization

  • Lead Value Stream Mapping sessions for key service lines (e.g., proposals, project setup, invoicing, QA/QC, BD pursuit lifecycle, recruiting).
  • Develop improvement roadmaps and monitor results against productivity, profitability, and client experience metrics.

5. Cross-Functional Facilitation

  • Serve as a neutral facilitator between departments (BD, Operations, Finance, HR, PM/CM, Engineering) to ensure alignment.
  • Simplify complex processes and communicate findings in visual, intuitive formats.
  • Build consensus around improved workflows and change-management steps.

6. Change Management & Implementation Support

  • Translate process improvements into actionable tasks, SOPs, and implementation plans.
  • Support adoption through training, workshops, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.

7. Continuous Improvement

  • Establish a continuous improvement culture by embedding Lean and TOC principles in day-to-day activities.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities that increase quality, reduce overhead, and accelerate project delivery.
  • Support digital transformation efforts (automation, AI/ML tools, templating, standardized delivery frameworks).
