Specific responsibilities:

• Review and validate interim payment  
• Review variations related to the scope of work and number of HCs
• Ensure compliance with HSE & Social Safeguard requirements in all commercial processes
• Review final accounts and close‑out records.
• Attend meetings organised by the client and relevant stakeholders

Deliverables:

1. Weekly spot check report
2. Bi-weekly progress report
3. Recommendation on contractor’s invoice
