The Opportunity 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Perth team, supporting the successful delivery of complex aviation, infrastructure and Defence programs. 

 

Working as part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will provide governance, coordination and delivery support to Program Directors, Project Managers and senior stakeholders. The role is focused on creating transparency, integration and accountability across multiple workstreams, ensuring project teams have accurate information, clear priorities and effective governance processes to support successful delivery outcomes. 

 

 Depending on your specific expertise, your responsibilities will include various aspects of:  

 

  • maintain visibility of project progress, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies, while supporting reporting, stakeholder engagement and assurance activities.  

  • Act as a key interface across project teams,  

  • keep projects aligned with programme objectives, delivery commitments and client expectations. 

 

About You 

 

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented project professional with experience supporting project, programme or PMO functions within complex environments. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and ensuring governance processes are maintained to a high standard. 

 

As a key member of the team, you will bring: 

 

  • Experience providing high-quality project coordination, administration and PMO support. 

  • Strong governance, reporting and document management capability. 

  • Experience maintaining risks, issues, actions and dependency registers. 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills. 

  • Experience supporting assurance, compliance and quality management activities. 

  • The ability to analyse information, challenge inconsistencies and maintain reporting accuracy. 

  • Support stakeholder engagement activities by preparing communication materials, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring smooth information flow across the Program. 

  • Support package leadership by testing the validity of progress claims, readiness claims and milestone forecasts. 

  • Current Australian security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
