Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Perth team, supporting the delivery of major aviation, infrastructure and capital works projects within complex operational environments. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate the journey from concept and design through procurement, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), construction and project completion.
This role is suited to a proactive delivery leader who understands not only how projects are designed, but how they are successfully delivered. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project risks and dependencies, provide confidence around programme outcomes, and ensure projects are well positioned for procurement and construction.
Working closely with airport operators, consultants, contractors and industry stakeholders, you will build trusted client relationships, identify new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of our aviation and infrastructure business.
About You
You are an experienced project professional with a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure, aviation or capital works projects. You understand the realities of delivering projects in live operational environments and can confidently balance stakeholder expectations, programme commitments, risk management and delivery outcomes.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

6-10+ years' experience delivering infrastructure, aviation or major capital works projects.

Strong understanding of project delivery, procurement, construction methodologies and project controls.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, procurement and delivery phases.

Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and industry partners.

Strong commercial, risk management and governance capability.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.

Australian security clearance (or eligibility to obtain) is desirable
