We’ll be embarking on a new kind of project delivery focusing on nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

With such an exciting portfolio of projects planned for AMP8 to keep the water flowing across the region, our ability to manage our work and outperform against our customer’s expectations will come under greater scrutiny.
 
To oversee our Document Management System and ensure it is delivering intended value, we are looking for a Document Controller to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
 
What will you be doing as our new Document Controller?
As our new Document Controller, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of project, engineering files on BIM 360 Docs and to support the flow of information by providing consistent support to the Engineering team, ensuring compliance with relevant processes and procedures and the correct use of the Document Management System.
 
Key responsibilities:
·       Supporting all to ensure BIM 360 projects are managed in accordance with the Engineering BIM 360 Docs procedure.
·       Providing administrative support to project teams e.g. establishing review workflows, adding project team members to projects in BIM 360 and setting and managing permissions, identifying risks to the security of information 
·       Dealing with enquiries efficiently, professionally, and effectively within service levels
·       Checking that documentation meets Anglian Water and external standards, where applicable
·       Undertaking regular reviews of projects on BIM 360, monitoring compliance with the relevant policies and procedures
·       Continuous coaching/mentoring members of the Engineering team on the correct use of BIM 360 Docs
·       Working alongside the Document Control Manager, identify the opportunity to develop procedures, guidance and training materials.
·       Building strong relationships with project stakeholders at all levels to ensure that the use of BIM 360 Docs is understood, supported and the value is effectively communicated.
