Your Opportunity 

Due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects, our Singapore team is looking for a Principal Project Planner / Technical Director to join our multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals. 

In this role, you will:

  • Leading the project scheduling and planning process
  • Using Primavera P6 software to provide and incorporate project execution plan into the overall project schedule.
  • Utilise tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6 etc to provide good visualization and analysis of the project progress.
  • Creating master baseline schedules, progress monitoring by Earned Value Management System to ensure accurate reporting and status of project.
  • Collate and compile the necessary information to support timely schedule development and reporting.
  • Present project updates to management and project stakeholders, articulating clearly the project position and status.
  • Develop, maintain and update S-Curves and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various disciplines and their various projects.
  • Track and monitor the progress of the project including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and installation.
  • Implement and monitor the schedules of each project stage and the entire project until completion and close-out.
  • Identifies and leverages on opportunities to optimize resource utilization to most efficiently execute/organize the project activities.

About you:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management or equivalent.
  • Advantageous to have experience working in a PMO environment in an EPC firm / engineering consultancy / consultancy firm within the construction and building industry.
  •  8+ years of relevant work experience. Candidates who have more years of experience may be considered for a more senior role.
  • Good working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project software.
  • Good communication and influencing skills to interact in a matrixed organisation and busy project environment.
