About the Role Job:
Mott MacDonald is currently looking for Civil Engineering Graduates to support to the delivery of numerous key projects in Riyadh, with some of the biggest clients in the KSA.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
- Under the supervision of the Project Managers and Technical Leads, perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering codes and principles
- Assist with the preliminary selection and adaption of engineering possibilities
- Attendance at design co-ordination meetings and preparation of minutes (weekly basis)
- Providing input for monthly reports on progress on the project
- Assisting in the management of change control
- Coordination with authorities and stakeholders
- Assist the Project Manager as necessary (e.g. letters, meetings)
Requirment of the Role:
- Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering from an international accredited university
- Possess the drive to become a Chartered Engineer or achieve membership of any other professional engineering institute
- Basic knowledge of civil infrastructure including but not limited to: waste and wastewater networks, irritation systems, hydraulics, gravity and pressurised systems etc.
- Basic knowledge of master planning and land developments projects
- Possess some knowledge of master planning and land developments projects and factors
- Proactively take ownership of their own career – take initiative and responsibility of work-related matters
- Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects
- Using leadership skills to build and nurture relationships and also creating effective working environments
