As part of our continued focus on digital delivery excellence, we are looking for a Bluebeam Administrator to support project teams across the Seattle region and wider North America.
The Bluebeam Administrator plays a key role in supporting project delivery teams by owning the configuration, administration, and effective use of Bluebeam Revu across live projects.
This is a hands‑on role, working closely with engineers, project managers, and digital delivery colleagues to ensure Bluebeam is used consistently, efficiently, and in line with project and client requirements. The role focuses on enabling collaboration, improving document workflows, and reducing friction in day‑to‑day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Bluebeam Revu environments across multiple projects
- Configure and manage Profiles, Tool Sets, Studio Sessions, and Studio Projects
- Implement and maintain standards for markups, QA/QC workflows, and document reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for Bluebeam‑related queries and troubleshooting
- Partner with project teams to understand delivery requirements and tailor Bluebeam setups accordingly
- Support document review, coordination, and collaboration workflows throughout the project lifecycle, including managing timely responses to comments and driving comment disposition, resolution, and closure
- Ensure Bluebeam usage aligns with client standards, internal ways of working, and delivery expectations
- Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in document workflows and recommend improvements
- Coordinate closely with SharePoint Administrators and other system owners to ensure seamless document management and integration across platforms
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing Bluebeam users
- Deliver targeted training sessions and practical guidance to project teams
- Develop and maintain user guides, standards, and best‑practice documentation
- Stay up to date with Bluebeam enhancements and industry best practice
- Work closely with Digital Delivery, BIM, and IT teams to ensure alignment with wider systems and tools
- Support the evolution of digital delivery standards across projects and disciplines
About You
- Proven hands‑on experience administering Bluebeam Revu in an engineering, construction, or infrastructure environment
- Strong understanding of document control, markups, and collaborative review workflows
- Experience supporting a diverse user base with varying levels of technical confidence
- Ability to translate project delivery needs into practical tool configurations
- Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative working style
- Experience supporting large, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure or building projects
- Exposure to digital delivery, BIM, or common data environments (e.g. SharePoint, ProjectWise)
- Experience developing training materials or rolling out new standards
- Familiarity working in a consultancy or professional services environment

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
The expected salary for this position is $89,000 - $109,000
