Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently looking for a full-time Site Administrator (36 months fixed-term contract) to support the construction site administration of a large aviation infrastructure project in Singapore. This will be a brilliant opportunity to work within large multi-disciplinary teams in a major project environment, making a tangible impact on our built environment. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver full administrative support to the Site Superintending Office and project teams daily to ensure operational efficiency.
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate vehicle and transport arrangements for the site and project teams.
  • Coordinate communication (such as emails and phone calls) and workflow within and between site, site staff, suppliers, vendors, head office etc, to facilitate project progress
  • Perform data entry and document control to keep records accurate and current for audit and reference purposes.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, drawings, and other documents as required
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

About you:

  • Excellent communication in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documentation and communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a site administrative officer in the construction/engineering/infrastructure industry.
  • 44 hours/week
  • 36 months fixed-term contract.
  • Site location: Changi East Project Office
    • There is a shuttle bus provided from Tanah Merah MRT Station during morning, lunch, and evening times.
