Your Opportunity
Due to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Environment team has an exciting opening for an Environment Consultant in the Sydney office. You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Support in all aspects of project work by reliably applying known technical knowledge and principles.

Plan and schedule your own work to ensure completion fits with overall project programme. Understanding responsibilities and accountabilities for work packages.

Be involved in client and stakeholder engagement

Work on interstate projects across our national team

Develop materials such as proposals and presentations and assist with their delivery.

Actively use MM systems and processes and specialised software applications and design tools.

Support bid development, panel submissions, capability statements and technical proposals.
About you
Desirable Experience
-
Relevant tertiary qualification in environmental planning, science, sustainability, engineering or a related discipline.

Experience in a project environment providing quality technical knowledge and judgement. Experience and knowledge of NSW environmental legislation and guidelines would be preferred.
Key Skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Experience working in multidisciplinary team environments undertaking coordination and managing technical interfaces across projects.

Have an eye for detail and the ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations in English.
