We're seeking an Intern Engineer to join our Water, Environment & Society team in Sydney as part of our 12-week paid Summer Internship Program, commencing on 23 November 2026. 

 

Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects, and develop the skills needed to kick-start your engineering career. 

 

What You'll Do: 

 

  • Support the delivery of water, environmental, and infrastructure projects. 

  • Work alongside engineers and multidisciplinary teams. 

  • Assist with technical analysis, design, and project activities. 

  • Develop your professional, technical, and communication skills. 

  • Gain valuable insight into life as a consulting engineer.

We're Looking for Students Who: 

 

  • Are currently studying for a Civil/Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering degree. 

  • Are available to undertake a 12-week internship in Sydney from November 2026. 

  • Have an interest in water, environmental, and sustainability projects. 

  • Are curious, collaborative and eager to learn. 

  • Enjoy problem-solving and working in team environments. 

  • Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
