Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to provide strong and reliable support our team in Sydney. As a Senior Bid Coordinator, you will :

  • Independently lead small to medium-sized bids, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Play a key role in major pursuits, contributing to strategy, messaging and coordination
  • Support the development of submission sections, including methodology, value propositions and executive summaries
  • Support bid planning activities such as writing plans, review schedules and compliance tracking
  • Provide quality oversight across all submission components to ensure alignment with bid strategy and client expectations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and shape compelling content

 

About You 

  • Proven experience supporting end-to-end bid processes across complex, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
  • Stakeholder engagement capabilities, including coordination with sales, legal, finance, and technical team
