Candidate Specification:
- The talented graduates joining our world class team in Japan will have the following skills and attributes in addition to being an energy enthusiast and someone aiming to work on sustainable projects of the future:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Studies, Renewable Energy, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.4 and above, fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experiences in relevant field.
- Fluent in Japanese and excellent command of English both oral and written (e.g. equivalent to TOEIC score of 800 or above, IELTS: 6.5)
- Experience in renewable energy / power projects (e.g. Solar, Wind, Energy Storage, Hydrogen/Ammonia, CCS/CCUS, etc.) is a plus.
- Can demonstrate the technical comprehension and capabilities to solve complex engineering issues.
- Strong analytical, critical, and numerical capabilities.
- A good collaborator and be able to contribute and work in a team player setting.
- Keen interest in renewable energy and have good understanding of trend and nature of business.
- Able to travel in other provinces / countries when needed
- Knowledge is programming/coding is a plus
