Role and Responsibility:

  • Shall be responsible for making sure that all the equipment and facilities needed at a client’s site are installed as per requirement, following the required safety and operates as expected.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting on complex systems and machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
  • liaising with various internal and external stakeholders in the site for executing the process related site activities.
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans, including functional testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support to project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors!
  • Develop SOP for various processes and unit operations based on client requirement.
  • Check and confirm the site received equipment’s and packages etc are as per specification and requirement.
  • Making improvements and provide advice about operational procedures.
  • Supervising engineering and technical staff.
  • Gathering and analysing performance and safety data.
  • Ensuring safe working conditions.
  • Develop training procedures for all maintenance and operative staff.
  • Check the actual built with the engineering documents, P&IDs etc and generate the punch list for action by respective teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Chemical, Pharma, General Industry, Argo, FMCG projects.
  • Experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting complex systems and machinery.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. 
  • Adept in Microsoft office tools.
