We are looking for a Digital Delivery Specialist to join our Digital Consulting team in either Calgary or Vancouver. We are an agile and responsive team of BIM and GIS specialists, data professionals, software developers and digital consultants focused on the built environment. You will also be part of our Information Management network responsible for implementing the latest digital design delivery methods around the world.

Shaping and Executing
- In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for implementing, managing and improving information delivery on various engineering and infrastructure projects. This may vary from major design and build commissions to a portfolio of smaller design projects. You will assess the current status of information management, and drive improved ways of working across the division.
- Working at a project level, you will shape digital project delivery using both our internal and emerging tools to drive continuous improvements. You will also have regular contact with our project clients as you seek to develop improved solutions to their challenges. You will work alongside the project management teams providing insights from project information and supporting the ongoing strategic development of project delivery.
- You will support the configuration of various project information management systems and ensure continuous improvement of information management processes and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective throughout the project lifecycle.
- The role will be diverse. One day you might be creating training material and capturing best practice, the next day specifying a system architecture for a common data environment. Whilst your background might be engineering, BIM, project management, or app development, what's important to us is that you have a 'can do, will do' approach.

- Work closely with existing and new projects to elicit information requirements, develop processes and work directly with clients.
- Develop methods to quantifiably measure improvements as a consequence of information management embedment.
- Report to the digital delivery lead and work closely with other information managers and project managers across the division.
Candidate Specification
- We are seeking a dynamic and talented person with 5-7 years’ experience working on infrastructure delivery projects and a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Physics or related degree. Our preferred candidate will have working knowledge of BIM technologies (ACC, ProjectWise), Power BI and methods (ISO19650).
- You must be a good communicator with customer engagement experience. You must also think creatively and should always be seeking new and more efficient ways to improve systems. You must be able to manage your own time to achieve goals set with the project team.
Skills and Qualities:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: You can apply analytical techniques to present a solution.
- Communication skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and understand how to share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data management: You understand data sources, data organization and storage.
- Logical and creative thinking skills: You can approach a problem by applying logic and creativity.
- Strong Power BI and data analysis skills are required to manage complex data sets and dynamic reports and analysis requirements.

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
The expected salary range for this position is from $93,000 - $114,000.
