Mott MacDonald is currently seeking a dynamic Senior Civil Project Manager to support our public and private sector clients across Western Canada from our Vancouver office. The individual in this position will be responsible for successfully leading and delivering a variety of exciting transportation, ports/terminals, and land development projects. You'll be responsible for engaging and working with our clients in the civil infrastructure market, including the province, municipalities, consultants, and contractors, developing strong working relationships and delivering a variety of multi-modal transportation and other assignments including roads/highways, ports/terminals, land development, or drainage projects.

As Senior Civil Project Manager your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Project manage multi-disciplinary project teams delivering civil infrastructure projects from planning to detailed design and construction stages for roads/highways, transit, port/terminals, utilities, and other municipal infrastructure.
- Ensure the efficient and effective preparation of quality project deliverables, while adhering to scope, schedule, and budget, as well as managing project resources.
- Engage directly with clients on projects, taking overall responsibility for successful project delivery and change management.
- Work alongside colleagues in the business development cycle, including industry events, strategic partnering, client engagement, and proposal preparation, helping grow this service delivery area.
As the qualified candidate, you possess the following skills/qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and P.Eng designation registered in BC or other transferable province.
- 10-15 years of civil design and project management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to self-manage and proven track record of delivering successful multidisciplinary projects.
- Established industry network, both with municipal, provincial, and other agency clients, as well as consultants.
- Good working knowledge of municipal, provincial, TAC and other design guidelines and standards.
- Business development experienced and leading winning project proposals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
The expected salary range for this position is from $131,000 - $160,000
