Candidate Specification :
Essential skills and experience:
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or holding comparable qualifications in drainage infrastructure design;
Good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley Microstation software;
Good command of MS Office;
Communicative knowledge of written and spoken English and willingness to take active, regular part in English courses provided by our organisation;
Ability to analyse and solve problems independently;
Team player with professional and respectful approach towards others;
Willingness to learn new skills and capabilities offered by the organisation.
Desirable skills:
1 to 3 years of experience of similar work in areas such as water, drainage and sewerage infrastructure;
Knowledge of a 3D design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads and/or Microdrainage is not a must but it would be considered as an advantage.
Job Profile :
As an Assistant Drainage Engineer you will be involved in the design of drainage in 3D environment. You will be part of design team involved in preparation of integrated drainage models to a high level of accuracy within BIM environment. You will liaise with designers and design teams in the execution and the delivery of project requirements. You will actively participate in project implementation working on international infrastructure projects. You will have the chance to actively learning about drainage international design standards. You will be working with the use of advanced drainage design software - MicroDrainage. Additionally, you will develop software skills by using the newest digital technologies.
